Something broken, stuck, or confusing? Email support with your username, the page you were on, and what happened. A screenshot helps.

Billing and refunds

• Cancel Arguen Pro any time from your Account page.
• Refund within 7 days of a Pro payment: request a refund and include the email you sign in with plus the Razorpay payment ID (from your receipt).
• Charged but nothing delivered? Tell us and we will deliver it or reverse the charge.

Privacy and your data

For access, correction, export, or erasure requests, or any question about the Privacy Policy, email us from the address on your account. Account deletion is also self-service on your Account page.

Safety, abuse, and unfair verdicts

The fastest route is the in-app report button on any argument or profile, because it sends us the exact context. For anything urgent or that cannot be reported in-app, email a safety report.
